If you email or WhatsApp us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send, which may include information about a property or an organisation. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect page visits, device and browser information, and approximate location or related usage information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss and provide requested services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. We use necessary technical information to operate and protect the website. We use optional analytics to understand visits and improve the website, only after you accept it. We do not use this website to collect payment details or run automated decisions about you.
Who may receive it
Service providers involved in hosting, email and communications may process information to provide those services. Google receives analytics data if you accept analytics. If you choose WhatsApp, your interaction is handled by WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms and privacy notice. Information may be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related business records only for as long as needed for the purpose, applicable legal requirements or legitimate dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify them where appropriate. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics on this website; it does not erase information already processed by Google. You can also clear site data in your browser.
